Teens can create amazing looks with makeup at our Teen Makeup Camp! Geared toward individuals aged 13-17, these four-day camp experiences are creative deep-dives into the art of makeup. Choose from “Art in Makeup” or “Theatre Makeup.” Both camps take place at our Wethersfield campus. They are taught by Bobby Blumenthal, makeup director at International Institute of Cosmetology. The Art in Makeup teen camp is geared toward individuals aged 13-17 who wish to explore the world of makeup. Expect four days of fun and interactive hands-on experiences.

Students receive a makeup brush set that they can use at camp and take home with them! They will work with an assortment of in-house makeup from some of the industry’s leading companies. No experience is needed to attend this camp. It is appropriate for all skill levels. Students receive a certificate upon completion.
Bobby is the Makeup Director at International Institute of Cosmetology. He has been working in makeup and hair for over 25 years, which includes working for companies like Lancôme and MAC. He also worked at NYC Fashion Week with celebrities from fashion, music, theater, and film. Teen Camp participants think Bobby’s contagious personality makes learning fun!
The Theatre Makeup Teen Camp is geared toward individuals aged 13-17 who love makeup and want to explore theatrical looks. This camp offers four days of excitement and interactive hands-on experiences.

The Theatre Makeup Camp is appropriate for all skill levels; no prior experience is necessary. You will receive a certificate upon completion.

The camp experience is geared toward individuals 13-17 years old.
No experience is necessary to attend the teen makeup camp. It is appropriate for all skill levels.
Tools and makeup will be provided. Participants will be issued their own professional MODA makeup brush set to use in camp and to keep. The school will provide professional makeup (such as MAC makeup) to use at camp.
Please dress in casual attire. Closed-toed shoes are required.
Snacks and drinks are not provided at camp. Feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks. Vending machines are available on-site.
You can enroll in one of the teen makeup camps or both of them. Although the two camps have different themes, there will be some overlap in lessons and activities. Be aware that the listed cost is for one camp only.
