JOB DESCRIPTION– PART TIME

We are seeking a Part-Time Social Media Content Creator to capture, create, and publish engaging content that showcases student life, education, and the culture of IIC. This is a hands-on, creative role ideal for someone passionate about beauty, social media, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture photo and video content across our campuses (classes, student work, events, etc.)
• Edit content for social media (Reels, TikToks, Stories, Posts)
• Post consistently across platforms including:
  • Instagram
  • TikTok
  • Facebook
• Collaborate with our team to align content with marketing goals
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and implement them creatively
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity

Requirements:

• Experience creating and editing social media content (portfolio preferred)
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook platforms
• Familiarity with video editing apps (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, etc.)
• Creative eye for visuals, trends, and storytelling
• Interest in the beauty industry is a strong plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our students and clients. This role is essential to the daily operations of our clinic floor and requires strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients and students in a professional and welcoming manner
• Book and manage appointments (in-person and over the phone)
• Cash out clients and handle daily transactions accurately
• Assign services to students based on availability and program requirements
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Maintain front desk organization and workflow
• Assist with general inventory control (tracking and restocking supplies)
• Support daily clinic operations and team coordination

Requirements:

• Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
