In this hybrid learning CEU class, you will learn how to efficiently perform lash lift and tint techniques to create beautiful, uplifted lashes that accent the eyes. Hybrid instruction consists of four hours of online learning at any time prior to the in-person class, and three hours in-person at our Wethersfield campus, for a total of seven CEUs earned. The in-person class is designed for honing the skills you learned, and attendees typically practice on each other under the direct supervision of a licensed instructor. If you wish to opt out of receiving a service from a classmate, you can bring a model along or simply observe during the class period. You will also receive a free lift and brow laminating kit that you can use in your professional practice. Students who complete this continuing education course will get a certificate.
Our brow mapping continuous education class teaches various methods of creating or correcting the perfect brow through an integration of eyebrow design and an understanding of facial structures. Learn methods of brow mapping, such as the classic method, the caliper method, and the string method. This is a hybrid learning CEU class that is suitable for all skill levels. Facial cupping aids in microcirculation in the skin, improves lymphatic drainage, and reduces puffiness and inflammation. Complete three hours of at-your-own-pace online learning before the in-person class. The 1.5-hour in-person class meets at our Wethersfield campus and is designed to give students the opportunity to practice facial cupping techniques on each other under the direct supervision of a licensed instructor. If you wish not to receive services from another student, you may bring in a model or use the time to observe the demonstration. Completion of this CEU class results in facial cupping certification. Students also receive a free cupping kit.
Delight your clients by learning the principles of anti-aging with Facial Gua Sha and Crystal Face Rolling Massage. The Aromatherapy Fundamentals continuing education class is your opportunity to learn essential oil blending, formulating a desired aroma and creating a unique experience that can provide therapeutic benefits based on the needs of your clients. This is a 4.5-hour hybrid learning class, which consists of three hours of online learning and one-and-a-half hours of in-person learning at our Wethersfield campus. The in-person portion of the class gives you a chance to practice the techniques on other students under the direct supervision of a licensed instructor. You may choose to bring a model if you do not wish to receive services from another student, or you may simply observe during the class time. Students who complete the class receive a certificate and a free aromatherapy kit.
CEU stands for Continuing Education Unit. It is a nationally-recognized unit of credit for completing an educational program. CEUs are used to document the time spent participating in professional development activities.
